Introduction

Welcome to CT7777. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and CT7777 ("CT7777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the CT7777 online gaming and sports betting platform, including all features, services, games, promotions, payment facilities and support services available thereon.

CT7777 is an online gaming and sports betting information platform that serves users globally, including users accessing the platform from Pakistan. CT7777 operates under applicable international licensing. CT7777 does not claim to hold a license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of this platform is lawful under the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any other applicable local regulation.

By creating an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager on CT7777, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the CT7777 platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register for and use a CT7777 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's license jurisdiction. CT7777 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by persons under the applicable minimum age. Age verification checks will be carried out as part of the KYC process.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your specific location.
• You must be registering as an individual acting in your own name and for your own benefit. Registration on behalf of another person or as an agent is prohibited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on this platform or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• You must not have previously had an account on CT7777 that was closed, suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information during registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

Each User may register only one (1) account on CT7777. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending bonuses or winnings derived from prohibited account activity.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide the following information accurately during the registration process:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• Valid email address to which you have access
• Date of birth demonstrating that you are of the required minimum age
• Country and city of residence
• A secure password for account access

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

CT7777 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point. This may include, but is not limited to, a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. CT7777 shall not be liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security. You must notify CT7777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Terms of Use

By using CT7777, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, systematic exploitation of game mechanics or any use that compromises the integrity of the platform is expressly prohibited.

5.1 Acceptable Use

• You may access and use the platform for personal entertainment in jurisdictions where doing so is lawful.
• You may use any payment method available in the cashier that you are legally authorised to use and that is registered in your own name.
• You may contact CT7777 support via legitimate channels to seek assistance with your account, transactions or gaming queries.

5.2 Software and Technical Use

You agree not to use automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical means to interact with the CT7777 platform in a manner not intended for human users. Any such activity will be deemed a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Deposits & Payments

CT7777 supports a range of payment methods that may be available to users depending on their location and account verification status. Users in Pakistan may find familiar payment rails listed in the cashier — including options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer to accounts held at institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set at the platform level and displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• CT7777 does not charge deposit fees as a general policy; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees which are outside CT7777's control.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of the payment transaction. Processing times vary by payment method.

6.2 Currency

CT7777 supports PKR (Pakistani Rupee) displays for user convenience. Actual account currency, conversion rates and any applicable currency exchange fees are defined in the cashier settings and may vary. Users are advised to review currency terms before depositing.

Bonuses & Promotions

CT7777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of resulting winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds thresholds and time limits specific to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Users must read these terms before accepting any bonus.
• CT7777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus at any time where misuse, fraud or technical error is identified.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible User, household, IP address or device unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus, where available, is offered to new users who have completed full account registration and, where required, identity verification. Specific percentage, maximum bonus amount (expressed in PKR), minimum qualifying deposit and wagering requirement multiplier are stated in the active welcome promotion terms at the time of registration. CT7777 does not guarantee the availability of any specific welcome bonus structure.

7.3 VIP Program

The CT7777 VIP program operates on a tiered structure (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Black Elite, subject to revision). Tier eligibility is assessed on the basis of qualifying wagering activity over defined assessment periods. PKR-denominated turnover thresholds stated on the platform are illustrative examples and may be revised. VIP perks do not constitute guaranteed monetary obligations.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding uncompleted Bonus Funds) are processed subject to the following conditions. CT7777 does not guarantee specific processing speeds. Actual withdrawal times depend on the payment method selected, your KYC verification status, applicable AML review requirements and the policies of the receiving payment provider.

8.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Incomplete verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending satisfactory document submission.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. CT7777 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• CT7777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests where risk indicators are identified, without limiting the grounds on which such checks may be initiated.
• Where a bonus has been credited to an account, the wagering requirement attached to that bonus must be fully satisfied before funds attributable to bonus activity may be withdrawn.

8.2 Processing Times

Indicative processing windows for common payment categories used by Pakistani players are provided in the cashier section. These are estimates only and CT7777 does not guarantee processing within any stated timeframe. Withdrawals via e-wallet options (such as Easypaisa or JazzCash, where available), instant payment rails (such as Raast) and standard bank transfer to accounts at institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah are subject to the operational policies of those providers in addition to CT7777's internal processing queue.

Responsible Gambling

CT7777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be undertaken for entertainment purposes only and should never be used as a means of generating income or addressing financial difficulties.

• Users may set deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits and session time limits via the responsible-gambling tools available in account settings.
• Users may request a cooling-off period or apply for self-exclusion by contacting CT7777 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once applied, are not reversible within the stated exclusion period.
• CT7777 will not knowingly permit underage users to register or play. Age verification is carried out as part of the KYC process.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on CT7777 and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Registration or use of the platform by any person under the applicable minimum age.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC or payment process.
• Creating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Use of automated tools, bots, software scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Exploitation of software errors, display errors, bugs or technical malfunctions to obtain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained in this manner are void and will be forfeited.
• Depositing funds using a payment account not registered in your own name or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing or other criminal activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information use or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events listed in the sportsbook.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy or other means of location-masking to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the CT7777 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, layout and design, is the intellectual property of CT7777 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Nothing in these Terms confers on you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any CT7777 content without prior written authorisation from CT7777.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CT7777 and its officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the CT7777 platform.
• Any loss of funds, winnings, data or profits arising from platform downtime, technical errors, payment processing delays or third-party service failures.
• Any financial losses arising from your gambling activity, including but not limited to wagering decisions made on CT7777.
• Any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond CT7777's reasonable control, including network outages, regulatory interventions or force majeure events.

CT7777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty, express or implied, is given as to the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy of odds or game outcomes.

Termination

CT7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms or any applicable law is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed within a reasonable timeframe.
• The User requests account closure, including via a self-exclusion request.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations necessitate account restriction or closure.

Upon termination for cause, CT7777 may withhold funds pending investigation. Where termination is not attributable to User misconduct, real-money balances (excluding forfeit bonus funds) will be returned via the original deposit method where technically feasible.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CT7777 holds its applicable operating licence. CT7777 does not submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan for the purposes of these Terms. Nothing in this clause limits the rights of Users under mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in their local jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through CT7777's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by CT7777's applicable licence authority, as the case may be.

Amendments

CT7777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via a notice displayed on the platform and/or by email to the address registered on the account. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
